Guided Meditations

To start the week gently, join us each Tuesday at 11:30 pm (UK), 12:30pm (CET) for 20 minutes of guided meditation and connect with your inner tranquility. Immerse yourself in peace with varied sessions: soothing music, inspiring poetry, and enchanting mantras… Experience the well-being that regular practice can bring.
