8. Payments and Membership Payments

All our current Services (Be The Change You Want, SOULClubs, Events, Training, Retreats) are designed to help you reconnect with the source of your well-being.

We are committed to doing everything in our power to support you on your journey to serenity. We will be by your side for this “rebirth”, but we cannot experience it on your behalf. It’s like bringing a child into the world; we cannot do that for you and you cannot “try it out” to ensure you want to bring a new life into being. Enrolling in a course or training session is an act of intention and a commitment to walk this path with us.

Therefore, whole payments are made upfront  and there are no trial periods or refunds available except for the membership yearly subscription plan where refund is possible within a two weeks trial period. However, SOULearning offers a variety of formats to help you reconnect with the source of your well-being. In this sense, if you are unable, due to force majeure, to benefit from the service you paid for, we are committed to making the necessary arrangements to postpone this experience to a later date if possible or to convert the amount into another format (e.g. the amount of the BE The Change You Want program could be converted into individual coaching sessions of equivalent value.

  1. All payments are recurring. You can opt for Monthly or Annual Subscriptions
  2. Payment Collection: SOULearning will attempt to collect the recurring payment on the designated charge date. In the event of an error or unsuccessful payment collection, SOULearning will make additional attempts within seven (7) days after the charge date.
  3. Access to Subscription: If the recurring payment is not successfully collected within seven (7) days after the charge date, access to the subscription will be temporarily removed until the payment is made. Once the payment is successfully collected, access will be restored, and the recurring payment collection will continue as per the subscription terms.
  4. Trial Period for Yearly Subscription: We understand that commitment may require a trial period. Therefore, for Yearly Subscriptions, you have the option to request cancellation within the first two weeks. In such cases, the payment made will be refunded, and immediate access to the subscription will be removed.
  5. Monthly Subscription: Unlike Yearly Subscriptions, Monthly Subscriptions do not have a trial period. You have the flexibility to stop the subscription at any time as per your convenience.
  6. At SOULearning, we are dedicated to providing a space of serenity and clarity, where shared values of kindness, openness, and commitment, Autonomy, Responsibility, Solidarity, Empathy, thrive. By adhering to these general payment conditions, we aim to create a seamless and enriching experience for all program participants.
